When my husband and I started thinking about selling our home of 13 years and finding a forever home, the first name I thought of was Nelson Antas. To start, I have known Nelson pretty much since he was born, and our families are connected in many ways. I knew he would do everything he could to help us find the right home. We have sold and purchased before, but it had been over a decade, and the market is extremely different. We were afraid to list our house until we found the right home, but that wasn't working for us, as offers were being declined because of the contingency. Nelson was very patient with us, and understanding of our concerns. He explained everything to us, more than once in fact, and kept telling us that what was meant to be would be. Ultimately, the home in the neighborhood came on the market. It was another fight for time, and panic since we still hadn't listed our house, but thanks to Nelson, and his good relationship with the listing agent, not only were we able to get the home we wanted, but were able to get buyers for our house. All the while, Nelson took us through the process step by step, helped close out utilities at our "old" house, and even helped us finish loading the moving truck at the nth hour. We certainly don't want to move ever again, but if we ever do, I would absolutely call Nelson again. He treats everyone like they are family and close friends!
